I ordered a 6 month supply of 5% Minoxidil and at the time on the website when I bought it, it showed a picture of Kirkland minoxidil, which I had been using for a year so I decided to buy from this site. When my pack arrived it was a different brand called Members mark. I have only been using this for 1 month and have noticed that I have gone back to having huge levels of hair loss. To the point where my hair is as bad as before I started using hair loss products. I am very disappointed by the lack of contact with the organisation despite me using their website and emailing on various occasions. I have had to purchase some different Kirkland Minoxidil from a different provider. Although they say Members Mark is the same content as Kirklands, the level of hairloss makes me wonder if this is true. My main reason for the low score is the radio silence from the organisation after me asking for a refund.

I've used them since 2015 and have had nothing but 5 star service all that time. Very fast dispatch to the UK, well packed and tracked all the way and great communication from Jason. Very reliable seller. Recommended.

The product I received is genuine Member's Mark. I admit to having been scammed once in the past by a too-good-to-be-true fake product from an online marketplace. The first thing I do when I receive product is to perform the bleach test, and a single drop immediately turned a reassuring shade of orange. The only reason I have withheld one star is because the product advertising suggests delivery within 4-7 days, despite being shipped internationally. In my case, I received an email advising me of alleged dispatch within 48 hours, but the product was delivered exactly two weeks after placing the order. I'm fine with a two-week delivery window if that is the expectation. However, significantly longer timescales inevitably generate anxiety for the buyer, and this could easily be avoided. Great product, though, and great price.

The package was lost in the post. Quite excellent service from this company, and Jason in particular, who reposted a replacement, and kept me posted. I was impressed.

Great prices and fabulous service. One of my packages appeared to stop moving once it reached Heathrow. I contacted Jason who immediately got on the case, but not before offering a replacement or a refund. However, after several days the package started to move again and arrived a couple of days later.
