"Update" My return was delayed, but when they received it, they refunded my money. The product i purchased was of good quality but they were just too small...

I ordered a pair of shoes, and they did not fit (to Small). I contacted them to do a return and refund. after several back-and-forth emails. They said send the shoes back, and I pay the return shipping. Sent the shoes back. They received them on the 4th of February 2026. I emailed them on the 23rd of February about my refund. Nothing yet I'm still waiting!

Thank you for leaving your comment. During the recent delivery period, your order was affected by a snowstorm. Unfortunately, your size only had one pair left in stock, so we had to wait quite a long time for it to be delivered again. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
UPDATE!!! I finally got a response from Minomog. I told I would like to start a return and they stated that once I return and send a photo of the waybill they will refund. They however said it was a final sale and it was not eligible for a refund but they would extend it to me as a courtesy. I explained to them that no place on the website or on the product page do I see that information. The shoes were not on sale either. Anyways I did get my refund, I just wish it was just as easy to get my refund as it was purchasing. So I will update my ratings to 3 stars. I ordered an item that didn’t meet my expectations. The website details how to return however there’s no where on the website to start a return. They say if you don’t have an account contact custom support. Well I have been contacting them but no response. This is an unfair practice and irresponsible to not respond to a customer.
