I purchased the Predictive Analytics Add-on. It was quite complicated to add the license to our existing enterprise license. However, your support - Sangiethan Sathiyanathan - was very competent and helpful and solved the issue quickly. Many thanks!

1. Analysis functions are requiring special design of the data in a precise format - the format is too unflecible and differs significantly with the practical data-generation / data-acquisition. 2. The used mathematics of the functions is not explained in a way to reproduce them. => This creates mistrust from external customers/auditors - this is not a question of correctness but of transparency.

This application really helps us to simplify the data analysis process, its use is also easy to understand, very user friendly
