MinistaysReviews of ministays.com

I needed a rental for a few months, but not a year. Ministays made this awkward length time frame so much easier to find a rental. It was way cheaper than other sites, as they don't charge fees, and they were very responsive. The host was also great. Will be using them again and telling my friends about them.

Ministays has been great to work with, and in one of the most difficult hurdles, they gave us a safe place to shelter in the storm. They are professional and very easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of my family.

Great experience working with Ministays! Happy to have found this platform for furnished rentals!

Love it there.

The team behind MiniStays has created exactly what the midterm rental space needed. It’s a platform built specifically for 30+ day stays, offering a user-friendly experience for both hosts and guests—without the high fees that come with traditional short-term rental sites. As a host, I’ve found it refreshingly simple to list my property and receive direct payments. Guests benefit from move-in-ready homes, transparent pricing, and a streamlined booking process. MiniStays is a smart, much-needed alternative for anyone looking for more flexibility and less hassle.

I am loving MiniStays! The furnished rental space has needed this type of platform for quite some time. It's professional, fresh, and it's easy to use for hosts and guests. It costs nothing to list your property there, which I love, because it helps me increase the visibility of my properties at no cost until I actually get a booking. I loved that it was super easy to set up my listings and their customer service is excellent!

We are currently listed on MiniStays and the platform seems great so far. The customer service is exceptional. Jon Wolf specifically has been so helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend the platform for landlords and guests!

As a person who travels regularly for 1-2+ months at a time, I truly appreciate the rental prices and quality of the homes from Ministays. It's a much cheaper option than AirBnB and much less of a hassle. I plan to use their service any time I'm traveling and need to stay somewhere for more than a month.
