It helped me to reduce the interest in doom scrolling, and so my screen time dropped significantly

It really makes my phone less attractive therefore I spend less time. I like the option of restricting short videos on YouTube. They are very distracting and restricting them helps me go for what I am actually looking for without distractions

I had been trying to make my phone less addictive for a long time. Nothing worked but this. The blocking schedules are really great and even the free tier is very functional.
