Amazing website and customer support!

Have been playing on a server for over a year and after I had logged of last night the server reset itself and this morning I spawned in the jungle with nothing at all. Contacted support and was told that it would never do that and there was something wrong on my end.

Basically my server died because I set the tickspeed waaaaayy to high and then I felt stupid Lol. Then I contacted support and got a reply within only 1 day! lastly they fixed it within a few hours replied back and now im writing this review! 10/10

Have a great mod team. Highly suggest!

They were so helpful, nice, considerate, and everything great to say. They cleaned up the server and nothing had to get reset. Thanks minehut

I press start on the server and it says starting and it just says offline a couple seconds later. DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST USE APEX MINECRAFT HOSTING
