I was experiencing a glitch where I couldn’t open chests within a certain radius or nine blocks and they helped me and I’m so happy that they did because now me and my friend can plan our server without experiencing any bugs. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your experience! We pushed an update to our site and it has been causing users a little trouble the first time they log in. Please clear you cache and cookies for our site and it should resolve the issue.
It was okay for awhile. The server worked great, we could use commands and everything and it overall was good. But i got banned today. Contacted for help, and they IP banned me, even if i did absolutely nothing wrong. Even said that even if i was not at fault for it, could not unban me because they can’t unban individual people. Now i’m trying to download my world and it won’t even log onto their website. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this website.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. We do ban players for violating our rules when necessary. If you are not able to download your world you can submit a support ticket and we can look into it for you.
Minehut is magic! I got back on my server and it wasnt laggin anymore how did u do minehut???

I will be fully honest here A person with console reset my server and deleted the backups so i emailed support a person named Lateisha G provided me with amazing support, friendliness and fast response. Minehut support is honestly amazing

Minehut has been improving, especially with the updates, hopefully this will still continue. In addition, i hope they start offering better cpus for bigger servers.

Absolute garbage. The quality itself is just terrible and they force you to pay money even though you can just download a server for free.
