Good host. The reason I recommend is becuase it's so simple, for people who don't know how to start their way. I don't recommend this to big server, becuase of the lack of features such as a fully woking ftp access. support is good but compering to other hosts which have live, it's a bit disappointing. Overall, you should use it for a maximum of a 100 players server.

I had a problem with my server, it didn't start. A friend of mine wrote minehut on twitter and the communication was quick, respectful and helpful. Then I had a few chats via E- Mail with one of the responsible guys. They immediately tried to solv the problem and they did succed! Everything works well as it was before. And also here the communication was nice, polite and good for both sides.

I've been using minehut since late 2019, and i've had a great experience. For a service that's free, it's genuinely really good to mess around with a few friends on minecraft. Today they helped revive a server that got corrupted, because I used an unsupported mod (my fault) and they had a backup saved of the world. Support was really nice, even if my replies were a little late. I reccomend it whole heartedly :)

Bought credits, Changed my mind and asked for refound. Everything was sorted & refounded in less than 2 hours...

Jamie, Lateisha G, and their tech were very nice, quick, and efficient in helping resolve my issue. I'm very pleased.
