Louise attended to my query very efficiently. Outstandingly clear and helpful communication to outline all the benefits of the cost which made it an easy decision to buy. In a world of faceless robot's this was refreshing!

SCAM. Paid 0.99 USD for the trial and a few days later they are trying to charge 149 USD from my card. I cancelled the anual subscription plan right after paying the trial as I knew they would charge me, but even after cancelling they tried to steal my money!!! I have proof that I cancelled my subscription!!! But they are thieves and don’t care. For the past 2 days Stripe is sending me 5 emails a day saying that Mindfuleve is trying to charge me. AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AT ALL COST.

Hi Victor, Thank you for your feedback. I see that you purchased a course for $0.99 and also joined the MindfulEve Plus plan, which includes a 7-day trial. After the trial period, the annual subscription charge of $149 is applied, as clearly outlined during the purchase process and in the confirmation emails you received. We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely through a trusted payment provider. If you need help managing your subscription or have further questions, please contact us via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/15557081901 or email. SCAAAAAM!!! They will never return you the money! Classic scammers! No 14 days money back guarantee! How can we bring this people to justice! This is not right!!! Conversation with them: "Unfortunately, as the subscription has already been active and services have been available, we are unable to process a refund in this instance. However, we’d be more than happy to assist you in managing your subscription settings to ensure it aligns with your preferences going forward. If there is anything else we can assist you with or if you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Louise, customer support manager"

Hi Murczko Gabriel, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. However, we want to clarify ыthat the terms of the 7-day trial and subsequent subscription were clearly stated at every step of the purchase process, including during checkout and in the email confirmations sent to you. I can see that you purchased a course at a special price of $0.99 instead of $49 and also joined the MindfulEve Plus plan, which included a 7-day free trial. The trial offered a 7-day free full access to our platform and was followed by an auto-renewal subscription, as explained during the checkout process. Regarding your concern, I can confirm that your refund has already been processed, as noted in our email correspondence. If you have further questions or need assistance managing your subscription, please don't hesitate to reach out again. Best regards, Lina Kohl Customer Support Lead at MindfulEve
They stole 240 AUD from my card and claimed I signed up for a membership which I didn’t then I reached out to customer service to demand a refund. They seemed very understanding and told me that the refund have been processed and it should be in my account from 1 to 3 days but it’s been 7 days and still NOTHING. Absolute Scam. I WANT MY REFUND!

Hi Maiu, I want to clarify that during your purchase, the conditions for the 7-day trial and the subscription charge were clearly presented on every step. We also sent emails notifying you about the trial period and the upcoming payment. As outlined in our terms, subscription charges are non-refundable once the trial ends. Your subscription has already been canceled, and no further charges will be made. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp: https://wa.me/15557081901. Our team is available to assist you. Best regards, Lina Kohl Customer Support Lead at MindfulEve
I had a great experience with Louise, (a corporate support manager) in cancelling my membership. Mindfuleve offers a monthly membership, and that particular benefit does not apply to me. For people that are looking for several programs I can see how they can benefit from it. Anyways I was very pleased with the support service, highly recomend it
