Hi there, We really appreciate your feedback! You can also reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
I received the lemonade and the sampler pak and am quite impressed with the flavor of the lemonade (haven’t tried any of the samples). I won’t mind being on an auto-ship as long as I can set up a reasonable timeframe. I’m currently using the free mixer/tumbler with a metal mixer ring I received from another company. I’m so pleased, I’ll probably compare to the other company and decide which is better.

This company is completely incompetent. I have used their products for the past year, but they are not capable of resolving delivery and order issues. If you have a company with a good product, but they can't get the product competently to their customers, then they have nothing! I let them know that my order was going to the wrong address and they kept insisting that they had it under control. Well, it was just delivered to the wrong address. I give up. Subscription cancelled!

Hi Susan, We’re sorry to hear about your experience with this order and understand how frustrating it must have been to have your package delivered to an incorrect address. We can confirm our support team was in touch and has resolved the issue for this order. We truly appreciate your support over the past year and are sorry that this experience left you feeling disappointed. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll continue working to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
I ordered the whey protein pink lemonade which tastes good. You really need to shake well and let it settle. I have no problem with the product. What frustrated me is when you think you’ve made a one time purchase and are not informed that you actually signed up for a subscription! I received no information about that and only when I got an email saying my order has shipped did I find out I was on a subscription. I called to complain and they were very responsive but I have to now actually go through a return process. Be careful when ordering on a mobile as although the company says it’s “clear” you are signing up for a subscription, it was not for me as I used a third party payment app. When I asked where on the my initial order confirmation email you can see it’a a subscription, they could not point it out. However unlike other companies I thought they really endeavored to help and were easy to contact. So will order again, will just be more careful when I go to pay.
