Elevate your Talaria or SurRon e-bike with the market's most customized, hand-built, plug-and-play wheels and upgrades from Milk Racing. Our wheels are sold worldwide and test-proven by thousands of customers on six continents - the best quality/price wheels on the market. Upgraded, reinforced rims stained with an anodizing process give them a more scratch and corrosion-resistant surface than standard paint. Super strong upgraded stainless steel spokes and double-size brass nipples (stronger and more corrosion resistant than aluminum type) lanced with a 3-cross spoke pattern make Milk Racing wheels strong enough to withstand more than what Sur-Ron bike can stand. Our main goal is to give alternative wheel upgrade options for expensive competitors’ products and give the best product experience possible, providing as much hardware as possible to make it hassle-free for you to focus on riding rather than figuring out how to put an upgrade in.Wheels always come with tools, spare spokes, spoke wrench, inner tube, rim band, and rim lock – you only miss fitting a tire on. If you need 100% Plug&Play wheels, we offer tire fitting as a standard offer. Wheels come ready to ride straight from the box. As a direct producer, we provide customization, such as color combinations.

I ordered some wheels in between Late april and early may. It was estimated that i would've received my wheels mid June. It is now almost august and all I get when I email them is : Hello, Thank you for your message. To address your concerns promptly, I have escalated your inquiry to our Production Manager, requesting an immediate update on your order’s status. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. Best regards, Alexa Bielak. Please do something about this milk racing.

Dear Anika, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait longer than expected, and we are truly sorry for the delay. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it very seriously. As we mentioned in our previous communication, the delay was due to an issue with our supplier. We have thoroughly investigated the matter to ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent future occurrences. To compensate for the delay, we've applied a 10% discount on your next order and included some gifts with your current order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and are committed to ensuring you receive your wheels promptly. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Once again, I'm sincerely sorry for all the inconvenience you have experienced.
It has taken months and I am still one wheel away from a pair due to customs issues I did not expect. Honestly, I lost my patience on this company, but over a series of days and well crafted email communications I have regained respect and empathize greatly with the woes of running a startup company. Orders will take a long time, no doubt about it, and shipping is from Poland, so just know what you are getting into with Milk Racing. UPDATE: The obviously auto-generated and likely AI enabled response was ingenuine. I'm trying to be nice, but it's hard. I still don't have my wheel, and NO it's not U.S. customs that made it takes MONTHS... that only delayed a single wheel by a week. It's not knowing I was even ordering from Poland that was the issue.

I had a unique order and even though it took a little bit longer, I could not be happier with the result! They paired the components so perfectly, but not only do they work amazingly in a functional way together, aesthetically they are incredibly pleasing. it’s hard to find any custom shops out there that do all of the hard work for you and this by far is the best when it comes to e-bikes, dirt bikes, or Surron.

Dear Christophe, We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused. I want to clarify that your order was placed on June 28th, with a deadline of July 12th, which was correctly calculated based on the information provided on our website and you were fully aware of that before and after purchase. Following this, the package should be handed over to FedEx at this time if we would proceed with it. Additionally, we have upgraded your package to priority shipping at no extra cost, as per your request after you have placed an order. As discussed directly, we made an exception to process your refund due to your upcoming vacation. We have done everything possible to resolve this to your satisfaction, including the requested refund just before the deadline. We would appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, our customer service team is here to help. Best regards, Milk Racing Team
