Pricing was excellent and the process was simplistic.

It was pretty easy to book the flight. My wife and i dont fly much. Just a couple of things. 1 - it said no baggage added. Hiw do i add baggage 2 - It did not give me an option to bundle with a rental car. Other than that it was a pretty smooth booking process

Good customer service

Easy to use, I received a confirmation email within 10 minutes of booking. The American Airline booking I had to wait a little longer for the flight confirmation info to populate, but the Southwest flight confirmation came right away with the email confirming the flights. I was able to check my apps within 5-20 minutes and found the trip information on there.

The parent company is smartfares which has negative reviews and they will book your tickets and include hidden charges towards the end. They will say that the flight schedule has changed and will charge you 125$ extra per person to reissue you the ticket. They will usually give you cheap tickets and then it will include the new hidden fees. Do not recommend going through them.
