Got approved for refund on a poorly functioning S7 laser. Then the company ghosted me after following their procedure for sending the product back. Paid for a shipping label, per their request. Sent them a photo of it. With no response in over a week.

It arrived quick enough. I hadn’t got any emails saying it’s on the way or anything so I emailed and got a reply the next day telling me where my measuring laser was. It arrived not long after that. The packaging as in the box and how it’s presented is class. It also has a cool zipper up case to store it in for convenience when on-site. (To keep it from getting damaged) Easy to figure out too as in the different things it can do. Top class product in my opinion.

This is a great tool with many features! Dead on accurate. Highly recommend picking this up.

Because I didn’t receive the product I originally ordered. The product itself is okay . Yes they refunded me the difference between the one I ordered and the one I received . But still disappointed as I required the one I order originally .
