Do NOT order from this company! I ordered the Sweat Pant Jean from an Instagram post by dawnedonmeblog. She said in her post the jeans ran large and she was wearing an XS. I weigh 104 lbs., so I ordered an XS. The jeans took weeks to arrive! And when they finally arrived, they were too small. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for a return, but received NO RESPONSE. I've also reached out to dawnedonmeblog and she hasn't responded either. My next step is to report the company to the Better Business Bureau.

I own 2 pairs of Rag and Bone sweatpants jeans and these are no where near the quality of Rag and Bone!! First, they are not lined with sweatpant material. Second, they are not soft and feel thin. The last is the sizing. Took me forever to receive the order, so I'm not going to try to return. Stick with the Rag and Bone. They are worth every penny!!!

Ordered the sweatpants jeans. Took weeks to receive. They are hideous! Nothing ike pictured. Look like paper. I have sent numerous emails to customer support and no reply. They have a 14 day return policy. I tried to call phone number but it is disconnected. They should be shut down. These jeans were 50.00 and shipping. Do not order from this company!

I echo others when I say this company is a scam. I ordered sweatpants jeans and received just regular jeans. I immediately contacted them for a return. I emailed multiple times and actually finally got a response. The customer service rep asked if I was open to an exchange, but also it was “fine if I wanted a refund!” Because I don’t trust them at all at this point, I asked for a refund. Silence since then.

Complete scam. Ordered two pair of “jeans” and they are ridiculous-looking, cheap knockoffs that look nothing like their ads. The “picture” of the jeans is literally printed on the fabric. The sizing is way off, but when I emailed to return (as is set out on their website), I have never received a response. Beware!

I’m very disappointed with this company’s customer service. I’ve reached out multiple times via email to request a return and exchange, and I have not received a single response. This level of neglect is unacceptable. If you value clear communication and support after your purchase, I would strongly reconsider buying from this company. Good products mean little without reliable service to back them up.

Do not order from this company!!!! I promise, you will be very disappointed! I ordered a pair of dark blue sweatpants which took several weeks to arrive. After they arrived I tried them on immediately and they did not fit. I emailed the next day and no one responded! I emailed over a dozen times and had one response which then had absolutely no follow up. I want to return for a full refund but no one will respond!!!! This is an awful company and product is just as bad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They take your money and you will not receive any help! SCAM

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I feel scammed. It took 3 weeks for a quick delivery and then when the product showed up it was not as described and very crappy. I immediately asked for a return mailing label to send back for a return and have since emailed them at least 15 times with responses of...sorry you didn't like the product or before I send you a label, tell me what you didn't like. That was all at least 3 weeks ago, with on going emails. UPDATE: 10/10/25 they emailed me telling me their warehouse is currently undergoing construction and are unable to process physical items at this time! Where is the BBB with this company bc they need to be SHUT DOWN! They are a SCAM
