Miko Robot USAReviews of miko.ai

My son loves this robot so much. He sings and plays games with him. He also loves the robot dancing. :) I also find Miko so educational. I can control what he's watching, and I can call him and talk to him if I want. These features are great.

My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves her Miko! It is so interactive and has a ton of games, stories, and more! The screen on the Miko is so clear and detailed! My daughter is able to call me via video call! The Miko dances and plays songs and there seems to always be something new available for her to see or do! It’s very easy for her to operate and it’s also very durable. She has already dropped it a couple times, and the Miko wasn’t damaged at all. I would highly recommend!!

Yes Mike is considered a toy to my granddaughter, but she is learning from the time she turns him on until the time she turns him off. She is engaged, challenged and happily learning. Her big sister and brother can play with her and review what they know. If you want a child to fall in love with learning get them “MIKO” you can never go wrong.

DO NOT BUY! their product is defective and they will have you waste hours of time with troubleshooting that won’t solve the problem. I received this as a gift and ultimately didn’t get it to work because of WiFi connectivity issues on their end. They allegedly repaired mine and it still doesn’t work. I have a disappointed 5 year old and my Miko robot is now in the trash

The robot is almost useless, because all the interesting apps are behind a paywall. You need the MikoMax subscription which costs 100$ per year. From a quick test the AI does not seem that Intelligent and speech recognition is very bad. After a month testing the robot, the answers to the questions are none sense and the suggested question on the screen have nothing to do with what you ask the robot about. Money thrown.

What a terrible product, I've had issue after issue. Connection problems. Features refusing to work. Max subscription is a joke. Feels cheaply made. Games and features are clunky. Tutorials repeat over and over again, my son won't play with it as he's sick of watching the same tutorial before every thing. An finally after under a year of hardly using it because my 5 year old has lost all trust in it, the battery now doesn't hold charge for more than 10 minutes. I don't write reviews and I'll always try to find the best in things but this product is a massive let down and disappointment, not only for me but for my son who was so excited to have a robot pal. Please whatever you do, don't buy one.

We purchased this item for Christmas and it does not do what it advertises. I promptly returned the item which was difficult on its own. But after the return I requested a refund and was met with about 40+ emails back and forth without any resolution. It’s now 5 months later, I have an open investigation through my bank and BBB and come to find out this has happened to others without any refund. Do not recommend unless you like throwing money away.

Our daughter have a great time with Miko. There are many improvements needs for Miko. Below are the issues we encountered: 1. WiFi connections keep dropping 2. Miko hang up during operation and need to reboot 3. App on iPhone is full of bugs , cannot change phone number once you setup initially 4. Support is not respond to request in timely manner 5. Limited free contents that came with Miko. Unless subscribe to recurrent subscription
