i have some trouble with my miko3 robot but this customer service resolve me the problem. thanks very much.

Was charged the subscription fee after cancellation. Will not refund and there is no way to cancel future charges. The robot itself needs specific commands to follow, like ‘Miko, let’s dance.’ Normal conversation such as ‘hey let’s start dancing’ doesn’t work. There isn’t much available unless you want to pay the $99/yr fee and even then it doesn’t work. I signed up for the free trial, cancelled account and was still charged.

Excellent customer service. Prompt response via live callback, and quick resolution of the issue.

They responded to my emails daily even if it was to say they are still working on a solution to the problem.

This toy left my five year old traumatized. Gave it for Christmas quickly become her favorite toy. Bought the max subscription. Not barely 2 months into it the miko3 was on the hardwood floor and my child accidentally bumped into it. Entire screen fell off and some body damage. Calle d support and they kept blowing me off for weeks. Said she was too rough with it. She is the most gentle child you would ever meet. She thinks she killed her friend and now has nightmares. I wish they would step up and stand behind this cheaply made piece of crapshoot.

Do NOT order this. It's been 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. Their customer support is terrible. They only give automated responses and have been telling me they'll get "back to me in 24 hours" for over a week. Their website says that they ship within 3 business days, but this is a lie. They also refuse to refund or even provide an estimate for when the product will ship. I do not trust this company at all. Edit: their reply here says they’re going to take care of this for me, but they haven’t! It still hasn’t shipped. It would be far too late now for it to arrive for my daughters birthday and I’ve had to order a replacement gift. Just give me a refund and cancel the order already!

We got a Miko for my daughter's seventh birthday. It's basically like Siri or Alexa with a robot body. It will respond to commands and questions from the kids. She has fun with it but I want to try the Miko plus service to see what else is available. Ex. it would be cool if it followed her around, or did something academic.
