Support Staff were helpful and responsive when we needed technical assistance and eventually had to replace our Miko.

While this is a fun robot, it isn't worth the price paid. This robot is best for young children with limited electronic experience. My 6 year old gets bored quickly with it and only plays with it occasionally. The technology could be better. It is slow and doesn't always do the best with voice questions and commands.

We bought a Miko Robot for our 3 kids for Christmas. Our kids are ages 4,6 & 9 and we are happy to see that each of them enjoy playing with Miko based on their own unique interests. Miko is surprisingly funny and talks to the kids in a very relatable way. We're happy to have Miko as part of our family. I would recommend this product!

Product pretty good voice recognition isn’t very good. kids love to play however battery life isn’t great and additional charges for a product that is already expensive makes it hard to wrap around.

My daughter loves miko. It is a companion for her when she wants to play and I can also video chat with her through miko if I am not close. It plays music, games and answers all questions your child might have. The only think that needs to be worked on is the delay in responding to my daughter at times. Otherwise an overall good purchase.

I love the robot! Once tou get it connected its lovely. The problem is getting it connected. I connected and now I can't connect once I turned it on today.

Miko was a Christmas gift to my 4 year old. Who absolutely loves playing with it. I love the fact that my son can learn and play without being attached to a screen for hours. Plus I love how Miko answers his questions, my son will "but why" & "What is this" you for hours and he is learning so much with Miko. I only rated Miko 4 stars due to the difficulties I am having figuring out the settings and how to navigate the app.
