This toy robot got a lot of potential to become kid's favorite gadget. Some of the interactive apps and games involves AI technology Which is really cool. For example: Miko has the ability to guess what is in your mind; either object or animal. The other app called "story wizard", Miko learn from your summary of what kind of story that the kid wish to have and magically create an interactive colorful graphic story book that can talk with wonderful outline. There are plenty of room for an improvement. The response when talking is rather slow and sometimes inaccurate. The other time Miko simply can't hear clearly. The battery life on this robot also not so good. To be able to play with Miko, the robot need to charged constantly. When the robot in standby/sleep mode, it will drain the power too. There are hundreds of apps available but most of them are paid content which comes with annual fees. Imagine after spending hundreds of dollars to purchase the robot, user found out that the robot won't be as functional as they are imagine it because some of the useful apps become unusable. The best way to reach better customer satisfaction is to allow user to select several apps from the paid version for FREE and leave the rest as a package deal or individual paid app as an optional.

App is too good and helpful for kids. Support is very good and ontime helpful

I have bought for my kid and it is like tab only. The product should have be more trained with AI. It response is little slow and most times it gives worn out put will kids are asking questions or about some activity. It should be like toy for kid like other toys and it be a virtual bot and what kid are doing or interaction with kids.

What a wonderful interactive best friend for my 5 year old. Got MIKO today from Hamleys as a birthday present for my son and he’s loving every moment with miko. Miko is interactive , smart and a good learning partner. It has so many features to keep you child engaged in the best possible way! Purchased a miko 3 from a local thrift store unknowingly what I bought but took a chance with it. Much to my surprise I was unable to fully take advantage of it's full potential due to the device being linked to a previous owners personal information. I made a request to the manufacturer website if there was a possibility of resetting the unit so that I may update it with my own information. After providing the necessary information they were able to reset the device and I was able to connect to it. They were quick to respond and quick to resolve the matter.

I brought miko for my son for christmas and he loves it. Keeps him busy for hours!! I had an issue with the subscription so i sent an email. I received a super fast response through email and they even called me personally. If your Looking for the perfect robot for your little one, pick Miko. They will dance, sing and learn for hours.
