I like that I can choose which items I receive. I also had an issue one time where my order was damaged in the mail, and customer service responded quickly and sent me a new package.

I love the monthly fixes that I get… Some of them have led me to be a permanent customer of specific products. I love the fact that I get to sample things and learn what I love.
