I don,t like when you order on line.Then they call and tell you ther out .😔

Call my order in and it was there the NEXT DAY!!! Customer service is hands down the best I've ever had. I will never go anywhere else to get my FR clothes.

I ordered a Berne insulated overall. After about a week, I was contacted and told the the item was on back order. The only other option I was given was to pay an extra 90.00 more than I had already paid to get the only other brand overall (Carhartt) they stock. Still waiting for my overall. Hopefully it gets here before winter.

They keep you posted on the status of your order, call you if there are issues and ship your order promptly. They are extremely friendly and nice to work with.

I am more than satisfied with the shirt's but I felt I should have been notified when and how the order was shipped and when to expect delivery since fed x just leaves packages on the door step and rarely even ring the doorbell to alert you there is something out there especially helpful in bad weather.
