When you're buying from an online retailer, the "trust" factor becomes really important. After all, you never know what kind of outfit is behind the webpage. Midwest delivers, with great pricing, products and service. I'm a happy camper.

Placed an order on line. Gave them my credit card. Two days later I received an email saying some items were on back order and some clearance items were sold out. Sent an email back that it was ok and gave them the color change choice they asked for. Haven't heard or received merchandise yet.

Placed the order online. Thought process more complicated than necessary. Pants were not in stock. Customer service called with a new revised date and apologized. Pants arrived on new date.

Still waiting the arrival for a order which has taken quite awhile to even be shipped

My order is on back order, but I talked to sales rep. or customer service person and she told usually carhart doesn't take very long on their back orders. So I don't know what to think about Midwest work wear, but I'm hopeful it doesn't take much longer to get my order.
