I've had my vehicle for 5 years and never had a problem with my oil change in Washington state soon as I come to Tucson and visit the Midas on Valencia all thing went to hell they screwed up my oil change stripped my oil screw the next day I had oil leaking everywhere they said it was my fault and jiffy lube's fault in Washington State they are full of dog poop I highly recommend that you people do not take your vehicle to this Midas on Valencia they need to be shut down they are scammers and liars period I really don't understand why they are still open for operation when there are so many bad views so many bad views this place needs to be shut down

My caliper bolt was broke off. I had another mechanic fix it...Midas put on new brake pads and rotors.....this is what would have caused this bolt to break. I already have a Midas complaint filed and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.......I sure as heck wasnt driving a safe vehicle which is what Midas preaches.

liet in de nieuwe midas in affligem men auto kuisen donderdag was nog nat toen ik naarhuis reed en in de garage zette. Vrijdags was het een verontwaardiging de auto was droog en alles zat onder een wazige film van producten ging naar de garage terug daar zei men dat ze eigenlijk geen carwash waren.Ze begonnen de auto wa op te poetsen andere klanten kwamen kijken en zagen genoeg ze verlieten de zaak de bediende noemde me int het frans een stoute jongen en hij liet de wagen achter onder de vuile wazige film zal dus op een ander moeten gaan niet voor herhaling vatbaar kon daar ook niet met bancontact of zo betalen

Oil change for 2 hrs wow ,never coming back,receition rm too hot..never again

My sister brought her Toyota Tundra to take advantage of a $49.99 oil change + tire rotation coupon. Subsequently the shop told my sister they would NOT be able to use the coupon. They charged my sister for 3 additional quarts of oil since her truck needed 8 quarts. They also chatged my sister $20 for the tire rotation. I understand the additional charge for the 3 quarts but I do NOT understand the $20 charge on the tire rotation. What good is a coupon if the shop is going to disregard, bait and switch style. Then I asked Geraldine at the customer line, and she said she would request someone from corporate call my sister. After I asked Geraldine, she did say someone from the shop might call instead if they are franchise. My sister only went to Midas on my recommendation. If my sister needs to verbally joust with someone from the shop over this issue, she will probably just find another company. This location is 11227 Culebra Road on San Antonio, Texas

Was there last year right before a trip to FL, had my tires rotated and oil changed, and they put the hubcaps on upside down so they pressed against the tire valve stems. So being we could not loosen the lug nuts, we had to cut around the valve stems, before we headed out to FL, ruining the look of the hubcaps. I let the person on duty know they had caused this issue, and he said they made note of it. Then when scheduling the next visit online, they refused to confirm an appointment all day. So, yes, I wrote it all up in a review because I took my car to Mavis to get the tires rotated, new hubcaps put on, oil change, and new back break pads that I would have had done at Midas, but Misas would not confirm an appointment or let me talk to anyone. I was perpetually put on hold. I got a response via email and completed a form Midas corporate sent me, then got a NASTY call from the local manager today claiming nothing was their fault. I will NEVER go back for service there! First of all, confirm your online appointments, and train your sorry techs in how to install hubcaps correctly!

Dont leave your car over night at any Midas stores . They have no security cameras . They have small print on invoice that they are not responsible for any thing stolen out of car after the fact . They don't even have them in the bay area!!! and always get a second opinion on whats wrong with your car . They misdiagnosis whats wrong with your all the time!
