Dear Sir, We hope you'll consider revising your review as you never asked us for our phone number, which we'd have been happy to share if you asked, and we also print/write our US phone number on the shipping label for the package you received from us, just in case the shipping agent has questions or you do regarding a delivery, so you do have that information. FYI we do provide a number of ways to get in touch with us online including a real-time chat system on our web site which is preferred since most of our customers are in a different time zone, email for when we're not online, and a form on our site you can fill in if you prefer not to use email.
