Michalek Health Solutions is an independent health insurance brokerage based in Tampa, Florida, helping people under 65 find private health coverage that fits their life and their budget. We're licensed in 31 states and work with the people who don't get a plan handed to them at work: self-employed professionals, 1099 contractors, freelancers, gig workers, realtors, salon and shop owners, consultants, families, and small-business owners. As an independent brokerage, we're not tied to a single carrier. Many private plans can be applied for year-round, and premiums for the self-employed may be tax-deductible.What makes us different is simple: you work with one licensed advisor from the first call through enrollment and beyond — no call centers, no pressure, no quote-and-vanish. Ryan Michaelek assisted me with this health insurance journey. I was dreading dealing with it, but Ryan made the experience pleasant and straightforward. Now that I have health insurance, I still have Ryan to assist me with any health insurance-related questions. He is not just a broker; he's a great advisor. I would highly recommend reaching out to Ryan Michaelek for any health insurance needs.

I’ve worked with Michalek Health Solutions for health insurance coverage between jobs twice over the last few years and both times he has been an absolute pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and always very quick to respond. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for health insurance coverage. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan has by far been the best insurance agent I have met! He not only shops and get me the best coverage for the best price, he will randomly send or contact me when new or improved plans hit the market. I want to thank you for looking out for me, my family and well let’s be honest my wallet!

Ryan was very good at returning our calls and emails promptly. He explained the policy in detail (we had many questions). We were on a short timeline and he helped move things through quickly. We would recommend Ryan to other companies looking for insurance.

I had an excellent experience working with Ryan as my health insurance broker. He was incredibly patient, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions explain my objects clearly, and never made me feel rushed to work pressured. Most importantly, he found me excellent covered a very competitive price made what can be a frustrating process remarkable easy. I genuinely appreciate his level of service and professionalism even though I am now transitioning to an employee sponsored plan that has nothing to do with the quality of his service I would not hesitate to work with them again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for health insurance. Five stars without question.
