I love my Sima! I’ve had it for a few years now. I had an issue with the charging cord from normal wear and tear, and reached out to their customer service support to request a new one. I wasn’t expecting a response, but I got an email back so quickly! They sent me a new cord immediately. Fantastic customer service and I’m officially a member for life!

I spent time researching dermaplaning/ hair removal systems before purchasing the Sonicsmooth Pro. When I contacted customer service about a problem with my device, they quickly and earnestly maintained communication until my issue was resolved. I am MORE than satisfied!

Reached out to customer services as the Microdermabrasion nozzle for my pore vacuum arrived damaged. I was provided a new replacement with no strings attached and a set of nozzle heads extra. Thank you Alissa.

I was very happy with the Sonicsmooth Pro+, easy to use and very gentle on my skin and I was very surprised when it stopped working. I contacted the company, the return process was very easy, and I received a new product in a very short time. It is refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product. Thank you!

It was the first time I had contact with dermaplaning and I feel like it was a good experience! It’s a quality product that is supposed to make your skin smoother removing that peach hair and exfoliating your skin (such as plus). I have sensitive skin, but my skin did feel smoother afterwards just a little sensitive for like 5 minutes. Is REALLY EASY to use, I started slowly (because didn’t know what to expect) but it was impressive how quick and practical it turned out to be. I’m a big fan of the “diy” so I believe this is a good option when it comes to saving money and taking care of your skin at home.

I am a 76 year young Michael Todd Sonicsmooth Pro user. I absolutely LOVE it, and don't know what I ever did without it. I have fuzz/tiny hair that needs to be removed almost every week to make my skin smooth and refreshed and makeup to go on perfect. This beauty tool does the trick. It's great! And when I had a problem that it didn't charge, I communicated with Customer Service and they are fixing the problem. I am so happy to have them fix the unit, cause I don't want to be without it for very long. Thank you Michael Todd and Customer Service!!
