Terrible experience

Terrible experience. He will take your money and not deliver on results, but since he sent in dispute letters will not refund you, regardless of the fact that your credit is still poor. He starts off with very high promises, but his disputes do not work. Additionally, he will completely ignore you once you're enrolled as a client (i.e. once he collects your hard earned money) under the guise that he is "very busy"... If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The least I could do is help prevent others from getting conned of their hard earned money by this thief named "Leo". STAY FAR AWAY!

Response from Miami Credit Repair· Apr 17, 2024

Mr. Ted Baker, Upon thorough examination of our records, it appears that you are not listed as a client of Miami Credit Repair, neither presently nor in the past. If you have chosen to use an alias due to privacy concerns, I completely understand. However, I urge you to reach out to me directly to discuss why you believe our services did not meet your expectations. It is important to note that our commitment to our clients is unwavering. Anyone who engages our services knows that we offer additional rounds and strive to deliver the best possible results. Should you wish to request a refund or require further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. Furthermore, it's crucial for both our existing clients and anyone considering our services to understand that credit repair is not a quick fix. While we dedicate ourselves to every case, the intricacies of credit repair and the actions of credit bureaus mean that results can vary from client to client. Patience and persistence are key, as multiple rounds may be necessary to achieve the desired outcome. Once again, I encourage you to reach out to me with your real name, and I will personally ensure that your concerns are addressed or provide a refund if necessary. Respectfully, Leo Gonzlez Miami Credit Repair
