This company manufactures quality, rainproof jackets that are well designed and warm in cool weather. My experience with the customer service department has been excellent. Questions that I had were answered quickly and completely. I know that I can trust this group to get it done No matter what. I have four jackets. Love them all....so comfortable.

This is to update a past review, in which I noted one of my two jackets was slightly big but due to reviews of difficult returns I was just going to deal with it. Well, customer service reached out to me via text and email and made the exchange process incredibly easy. There was great communication and response at every step. I was skeptical to buy from a Facebook ad but glad I took a chance. I LOVE my two jackets and get tons of compliments. It's nice to have stylish rain wear in the Pacific Northwest.

This is the best company ever! It all started with a jacket for my wife to wear in London and then I loved it so much I have purchased 2 more for me. I absolutely love them all, the quality and style are amazing. The company is responsive and even assisted when I had an issue that they quickly fixed for me....better than excellent customer service. Love them!!!!

I LOVE Mia Melon! I've have a number of their jackets and receive compliments on them ALL THE TIME! Their customer service is responsive and great to work with! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

This is by far the worst experience I had with a retailer. Delayed shipping (they take more than a month to ship orders), unresponsive customer service when you have issues (they respond after weeks to emails and sometimes they ignore your message as if they haven't seen it), a very lengthy return process (it will be months before you get a refund), and so on and so on. I will never buy from this company if they offer me a 90% discount on their items. Mia Melon isn't the usual stores you buy from, here in the U.S. They don't care about their business or their image. Honestly, I don't even care to comment about the quality of their products as their service is terrible.

I ordered a coat from this company's website in November of 2019 and it was a very cute style and I think would be a flattering cut for most people however it was slightly less quality than I expected for the price point (stitching wasn't straight) and the color was different from the website. I returned the coat immediately. But it took no less than 13 emails and several phone calls. 2 months later I got my money back--With a snarky email to boot--as if its unreasonable to expect your money be returned in a reasonable time. They said 2-4 weeks, but 4 weeks passed with no word. I emailed and waited another week with no response. I feel if I hadn't called, they would have tried to keep my money and hoped I forgot. If you are at all unsure about your online purchase I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. It is a huge hassel to return items.

Horrible company. Management is drunk and harasses females. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - They are rude, mean, and DO NOT CARE about people - Especially Females. BE AWARE when you work with a company like this! They should evaluate their morals - probably have none!

Ordered a jacket in October. The moment I received the jacket it was clear the product was inferior. The fabric seemed ok but the stitching was uneven and the details such as cuffs were plain and non-functional. I sent it back day I received it in its original box with with its original tags. It took until December and two emails for me to get a return reply from then and I never got confirmation that they received the return. The reply I received was a credit for merchandise and an explaination that they were a new company and returns were hard on them. Personally, I think having subpar merchandise is what’s hard on them. And the fact that they then took four more months of back and forth emails to actually get a refund. They ended up giving me a refund .... in April...but charged a “restocking fee” of $20. I call that tuition. I learned my lesson. Warning! Do not order from this company!
