Mia’s customer service is always informative, prompt and complete. All my questions or concerns have always been answered. In the 3yrs we’ve used MIA, I’ve never had to reiterate my question or send a followup email. It truly is the best customer service I’ve experienced.

Compared to Acellus, Miacademy quiz and assessement questions are better, not so baby-easy, and push the kids to really think. Use of the pdf's are essential. Very impressive curriculum.

Our kids love this program specifically for the Spanish class. They are always coming forward with new words and phrases which is incredible especially as it is an elective that I am not overseeing at all. The customer service is incredible. We also love to use the math worksheets for additional practice.
