This company used to be legit. I ordered from them 2 times in the past, but the last 2 orders I made, totaling right around $100, was never even acknowledged. I tried multiple times to reach out with no response.

well I placed my order on 08/26/2020 and I am writing this review on 8/10/2022 still to this day NEVER got my order and still to this day they say... Hi Jessica, Thank you for your email. Due to COVID-19 we're currently experiencing longer than normal wait times on email responses. If your email is in regards to shipping, all orders go into production within 24-48 hours after being placed. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your request (53093) has been received. If your email is in regards to matters other than shipping our support staff will reply as soon as they can. We appreciate your patience. To add additional comments, reply to this email. I would not recommend you buying from them they are just scamming people out of money DONT DO IT...

Not sure if this cellphone case company is a scam or just located in the UK and NOT able to respond to customers during the pandemic, as they have over 82K followers on Instagram. However, I recently placed an order for their offer of 3 phone cases for $20 and it's been over a month and I have contacted the merchant via email and Instagram DM and still NO response!! I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction to get the money back. (As the charge had posted, but still NO order merchandise has been sent) Would NOT recommend as I read several IG comments after placing my order that other customers had difficulty recieving order(s) or contact from merchant.
