Excellent service

great ervice, always on time and with new buses

very happy with service

Elena always gives us great service!

Our venue was hard to work with, but the shuttle company was not compliant and would threaten us in order to get to sign faster.

Worst company ever. Rude driver refused to stop as scheduled. Yelled at passengers and me. Ask for partial refund was denied turned into the BBB no response

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Metropolitan Shuttle. My representative from the company was available and so friendly whenever I needed him. The price for the bus was SO reasonable and our bus arrived promptly at both our pick-up and departure times. Excellent company to work with!

Driver was very nice and positive. Bus was clean and comfortable and driver even helped to provide phone charging. A few challenges with navigation but she stayed positive and helpful.
