I ordered two pairs of ballerinas. One size 10, the other 9 1/2. Instead of the 9 1/2, I received a 6 1/2. I returned both pairs two days later using the company's return label on February 7. 2025. I requested a refund. All my emails have gone unanswered, and as of March 13th, I still haven't received my money back. This is fraudulent. Do not order from this company. March 27.2025 PayPal got me my money back after contacting the this company.

I sent back my order to exchange for another size and haven't heard anything for almost two weeks. I sent back my order in perfect condition the same day they arrived. I needed another size. This isn't a difficult transaction.
