METAMASK is a complete nighmare and their agents are super rude! They disconnected from the chat ! This is their words! :"if you continue to repeatedly contact us about the same matter, we won’t be assisting you any further."

I had crypto assets on my Metamask wallet and everything vanished. I did not do anything wrong or never shared any info. I contacted the customer support of Metamask and they contacted me from the security dept. They answered to me that i am liable for the loss of my assets even if i never shared any critical info. I would really recommand to any one that wants to deal with NFT's or crypto to not get close to this Metamask because they will refuse to help and solve a situation.

Hay algo que no entiendo, me ha ido bien, he ganado, pero al realizar mi primera subasta de un activo mio, no cobran sus porcentajes del precio obtenido tienes que invertir mas para que te desbloqueen tu cuenta, cosa que no entiendo primero el activo es de mi propiedad y segundo me paga a mi la persona que gana la subasta, que luego he de pagar el porcentaje que consideren, nunca mas de20%, perfecto pero debería poder hacerlo de las ganancias, no de invertir mas, o que directamente lo retiren explicando el porcentaje aplicado al precio final de la subasta. Así seria mucho mas lógico y justo.

Used the Metamask extension and it showed a sending fee that was 10x smaller than the actual fee charged

Whats with all the metamask negativity? Its fantastic! its the defacto standard for crypto wallets. always easy to use (relative to web3 products that is)

We try to help people understand the implications of self custody, but it's easy to make mistakes. Especially if you aren't sure of what you're doing. Many of the people that have had trouble seem to gravitate to TrustPilot. Absolutely not secure. Do not use I know of 3 wallets that have been emptied with no explanation from MetaMask. Help desk is none existent. Now getting message not to email as I guess they are flooded with complaints. But use online chat which is useless. You have been warned. DO NOT USE. you will lose your money

The security for Metamask sucks. All my other wallets send me emails where I have to confirm a transfer. Metamask does not do that and recently I had all my funds stolen somehow from my account. Do not use them. There are much safer wallets out there
