Hi, We’re truly sorry for the confusion and understand your frustration. Our product supports multiple active subscriptions, and the total number of calls from all plans is combined — this is clearly displayed on the Metals-API dashboard, including active plans and available calls. That said, we understand how this could be misunderstood. Although the billing was correct based on the account setup, we decided to offer you credit for the amount charged so you can apply it to future invoices. Since you're still an active user, we believe this would be the most helpful solution. We genuinely did our best to make things right, and we’re sorry again for any inconvenience caused.
