Emailed company twice about replacing a bad battery that is still under warranty. No response. Will e-waste the battery and look for another tool company once the remaining batteries fail.

Almost no real customer service. We have no live rep that comes and works issues like our Hilti rep. Everything is online or a phone call with incredibly poor response time. Claim to have 48n hour tool repair. My last repair took over three months to get back.

Purchased a sander and within 2 months the cable became faulty at the machine end so I replaced the cable myself (had to unscrew the handle where it connected). 6 months later the motor burnt out so being in warranty I sent it off for repair to metabo. They sent it back in pieces without repair and said because I replaced the cable it voided the warranty on the whole machine! From now on I will be purchasing Makita and dewalt only and nothing from this cowboy outfit who cares nothing about there customers.

One of the most annoying thing to happen with a tool is the battery to keep falling out because of bad connections. No more Metabo for me like old dewalt crap.

Extrem minderwertige Produkte die Teuer vermarktet werden. Kundenservice entspricht die Produktqualität. Nie wieder. Fehl Investition.

Purchased a drill/driver a few years ago. The battery kept dropping out. I emailed them so many times but never had an answer. I purchased a mitre saw when cutting the dust goes everywhere. Youtube said there was a fault. No reply to many emails. Will not purchase another tool from them.

- Dårlig reklame for Metabo.
