They Lie on Expected Delivery date
⚠️ Think twice before ordering from this company. I ordered Onimusha: Way of the Sword for PS5 on September 12. Before checkout, the website clearly showed an expected delivery date of September 13, giving me the impression that I would receive my order the following day. However, until now, my order hasn’t even been shipped. I tried contacting their customer service through WhatsApp — no response. I also sent an email — zero response. When I finally called their customer service number, the agents couldn’t even give me a consistent answer. One agent said it would take 3 days, while another said 7–10 days. So which one is it? If the actual delivery time is 7–10 days, then why advertise an expected delivery date of the next day before checkout? That feels misleading and gives customers unrealistic expectations just to encourage them to place an order. The biggest problem isn’t even the delay — it’s the lack of transparency and terrible customer service. Customers deserve accurate delivery estimates and clear communication. My advice: think twice before ordering from MEstores.com There are plenty of other stores that provide more accurate delivery information and better customer support. Don’t waste your time based on a promised next-day delivery that may not actually happen. Onimusha: Way of the Sword
