Dear Debasish, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you’ve experienced during your journey with our CMRP training program. As clearly communicated during the enrollment process, our offering includes the "CMRP training" and study materials. The exam itself, however, must be booked separately through the "SMRP website", as we are not authorized to book it on your behalf. We understand this may have caused some confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Following your discussion with our web chat support team, you agreed to proceed with "course access only", and to "pay for the exam separately", using a "$34 discount code" provided by us, with our guidance. This arrangement was mutually agreed upon, and we proceeded to grant you access to the course on "July 23rd". As of now, you have full access to the course materials, and we trust you are finding them valuable in preparing for your exam. If you need any further support in navigating the exam booking process or using the discount code, we are more than happy to assist. If you require evidence of our prior communication, we can provide email and chat records to confirm the details of our agreement. We truly value your investment in the training, and we’re committed to helping you succeed. Please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or if there's anything further we can do to assist you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Best regards, Support Merit Global Training
