My company has worked with Merchant Direct for over five years . When I was first introduced to Dan Fiore at Merchant Direct, I was only looking for a source of merchant capital advance funding. I selected Merchant Direct and can say that I made the right choice because it provides funding and much more. At the beginning, the Merchant Direct team first reviewed my company and developed a program that fit our funding requirements. Next, Merchant Direct evaluated funding sources and developed a program that best fit our situation and long range plans. Olivia, You have been a valued client and friend/family member to our team here at Merchant Direct. It has been an honor and pleasure to get to know you and your family and to continue help provide the capital you guys need to help grow your company and to reach new heights.
Due to the situation at the time, it was very difficult to get funding. Merchant Direct took a chance, believed in me and funded what I needed. On one occasion I could not make the weekly payment, I asked and they allowed me to skip a week. I was able to stay on schedule after that hiccup, and paid them off. They were good to work with.
