MercatelyReviews of mercately.com

100% recomendado

Mercately is an excellent CRM and Business WhatsApp application that has significantly improved our operations. It allows us to track negotiations effectively, create detailed sales funnels, and upload our product catalog with ease. The bots are a standout feature, providing automated responses on WhatsApp before assigning an agent, which has greatly enhanced our customer service experience. Highly recommend it!

It is the best CRM, it has good support, it meets the market's expectations. For me it is the best platform, my sales have increased by 70% and the important thing is that very good customer support is provided.

Good maybe the changes of the templates its not good, not because of the amount more because of the time it takes to the salesperson to continue with the following of ghe customers
