My husband was very concerned about having a stranger in our house caring for our many animals. Our sitter did not disappoint, and kept my husband at ease with lots of pictures and videos.

I highly recommend Meowtel. Natasha was so great with my cats! She kept me updated throughout my trip with updates, pictures and video. When I arrived home our cats looked healthy and happy and the house looked cleaner than we left.

We had a great experience with our cat sitter. So much so, that we've used her services repeatedly! She incredibly detail-oriented and reliable. Moewtel has made out-of-town trips less stressful, knowing that our pets are cared for!

It was definitely better than having our boy locked up in a cage for two weeks. He had a room to himself, and someone to play with for a little each day. That said, it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. Because the sitter had so many other pets, at least one of whom was described as “hissy”, Stu (our cat) wasn’t able to leave that one room for two weeks. Also, the home page of the site reads, “No. . . growls, or yowls.” This led us to believe there would be no dogs, but there was at least one (along with, if I remember correctly, 8 other cats). The sitter was very nice, kept us updated pretty frequently, kept Stu brushed and fed and cared for, was accommodating with price and time, and Stu seemed to really like her; but, I’m honestly a little disappointed about the arrangement. I don’t think we would use the service again outside of another extreme circumstance.

Hello Maegan, We encourage the meet and greet to ensure there are no surprises and make sure you are both comfortable with the setup. Many of our sitters have their own pets. I'm glad that Stu liked his Meowtel sitter!
Overall good, but there are no enough sitters to choose from.

Trista, We are adding new Meowtel sitters daily across the country. We have a higher concentration of sitters in our Metro areas.
Issack and his wife were absolutely perfect! They took such good care of my 2 kitties and spoiled them with catnip, toys and lots of cuddle. the kitties didn’t wanna come back home!! ;) they were keep me informed and sending me videos and pictures as well.
