waited for weeks checking delivery…
waited for weeks checking delivery status and then a message saying an attempt was made and delivery required a signature? I live in a secure building and delivery people always send a text or call and I meet them downstairs. I wish I'd never sent for this.

Hi Theresa, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the delivery experience, the adult signature requirement on this shipment was set by the carrier, not by us, and it's not something we're able to override on our end. This isn't something we've seen come up before and it's not a requirement on most of our shipments. We reached out within an hour of hearing from you and had a redelivery already scheduled. We'd welcome the chance to make this right, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] if there's anything further we can do.
