Everything shipped in a timely fashion haven’t set up yet though.

The automatic litter is such a convenience to have, I don;t have to keep scooping litter every other day with my two cats. It was easy to setup only 2 piece that need to be put together, easy instructions to connect to WiFi. Came with a litter mat and a set of litter liners for the waste basket. 1 of my 2 cats started using it right away the other cat was a bit nervous at first but then adapted after a couple days.

The cats are using it without difficulty

Product came in pretty fast. It has worked great. The set up was easy. I am not going through as much car litter as I was with regular litter box.

Horrible customer service - I have been trying to return my unopened litter box because I had to re-home my cats to a family member. This has been since July 15th and is now August 13th with no response. I have emailed the one and only email 3 times now and about to be a 4th with no response. Do not recommend.
