I want to give this 5 stars because this is an awesome product. All I have to do is just make sure there's litter and change out the bag, yes please. It works exactly how I expected it to. My cat used it right away but the problem is that he's only used it twice. I was wondering why the app was not updating until I checked the trash in it and he pissed on my bed. I believe he's afraid of it and refuses to use it. I don't know how to fix that and I could use some advice. I gave him access to his old litter box and he has been using that.
