Seem like nice people
Seem like nice people. Didn’t communicate with me properly (in my prospective). Gambled on getting an item in a short time but I didn’t know that they were shipping from another country. Keep asking for overnight and priority shipping. They just kept saying that it may not come on time- - most companies offer priority shipping options. Had I know that the item was being shipped from China and not Colorado I wouldn’t have tried to get it in a short period of time Maybe that’s my fault but I did ask all of these questions to the vender. 2 days after the event I still don’t have the order. Honestly I don’t really believe that it’s even coming. SMH Manager also told me that he’d call me prior to shipping to let me know if I could expect it on time to ensure that I’m not wasting money. That call never came. Over 4weeks of this and close to 25 emails and I still don’t have the item nor do I have any communication with the company currently. Also texted manager- - ghosted.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We take every customer experience seriously, so I want to add some important context here. Your sign was ordered on July 28th and delivered on August 3rd, just 6 days later. For a custom-made piece, that's one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry, and we upgraded you to priority shipping for free to give it the best chance of arriving by your date. Before you placed your order, we told you multiple times that while we would ship priority, we could not guarantee arrival by your event date. You chose to proceed with the order knowing that. We never want a customer to gamble on a timeline, which is exactly why we were upfront about it from the start. On communication: we're a small family-owned business, and we responded to every one of your messages during our business hours. Several of your messages came in over the weekend when we're closed, which may have felt like being ignored, but we replied as soon as we reopened. We genuinely did everything we could here: free priority shipping, honest expectations before purchase, and a 6-day custom turnaround. If there's anything else we can help with, we're reachable at [email protected].
