One product was back ordered, so the entire order was held up. The largest problem was that I had to contact them for updates. There was nothing proactive from this company.

I ordered over a week and a half. Why so long to get product shipped. Way too long. Amazon takes 2 / 3 days. Free shipping

Love their products but I did not receive one item because it was back ordered yet still charged for it, but am hopeful that Customer Service will resolve

I ordered 3 items, but they only sent 2. Now I will have to take the time to order again. These are commodity products so I would have preferred they let me know when I ordered.

The shipping was very fast. I ordered a taylor of old Bond street club brush. When I received it it was in a plain white shipping box. Being a collector it kinda makes the brush worthless.
