About Memphis Speech Solutions

Laura is a trusted expert in ensuring you conquer speaking fear. An expert in speech mastery, Laura is attuned to how speaking under stress can create problems that hold you back from career advancement. For example, a shaky voice, forgetting what you planned to say, being unable to answer questions clearly and concisely, drawing a blank when trying to find words, having trouble controlling your speaking rate, mumbling, and the perception that you are an awful speaker are common issues for anxious speakers. An activated fight or flight stress response has a huge negative impact on spoken communication.Laura is an internationally respected go-to guide for anyone who wants to conquer speaking fear once and for all. Laura has prepared clients to speak in front of the Senate of Pakistan, as well as for Netflix, the TEDx stage, and numerous corporate global conferences. Though Laura works predominantly with mid-to-high-level business professionals, her client list also includes recent high school and college graduates.Laura's degrees and certifications include being a certified Speech Language Pathologist with the American Speech Hearing Association. She is an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She obtained a 200hr Yoga Teacher Alliance certificate and Heather Lyle Vocal Yoga certificates.
