Ryan, we deeply apologize for the disappointment that you experienced with our photo restoration services. We strive to provide quality work and excellent customer service, so we are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the missed defects, scratches, and dust in the photograph. All that could explain that is that one of our artists did sloppy work on your photo which is not acceptable - we will make sure to discontinue working with them. Our team of experienced artists takes great care to pay attention to detail when restoring photos. Our tools are designed to be precise and capture even the smallest of details when improving photographs. Additionally, all of our artists go through extensive training so they can use those tools correctly and efficiently. In regards to the blurry edges, we acknowledge that this is an issue and we will be sure to communicate it with our team so that it can be addressed accordingly. We assure you that all of our artists can easily fix these issues with clone stamping tools as part of their workflow when restoring photos. We regret that you were not satisfied with how much shine was added to the subjects in the photograph; however, it is difficult for us to gauge exactly how much shine should be present without seeing a reference or example photograph beforehand. Moreover, since each artist has their own style and techniques, some may apply more than others while working on a project. We apologize if this caused any confusion when approving revisions on your project. Finally, we understand why you want raw files for archival purposes; we will be happy to provide that to you & get back to you with the raw files shortly via email. Again, we thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your experience with us as well as your constructive feedback – it helps us become better at what we do!
