Unethical and uncaring staff
If i could, i give them a zero rating. I ordered and paid for a BLACK stone and i received a GREEN stone from China. I sent them a photo of the stone as proof, but they refused to make it right and to deliver on my order. This company's info is nowhere to be found. They operate strictly online only and one can't even put a review on google.

Dear La So, We take every order very seriously, especially for personalized memorial items. However, we must clarify the facts regarding your review: Color & Material: We exclusively produced and shipped a Black Granite memorial plaque for your order—our company does not stock or sell green granite. Verification & Proof: As shared in our email correspondence, our pre-shipment quality check photo confirms the item made for Assane Sogue Mama's "Bibsy" is 100% pure black granite with crisp engraving. The photo you emailed back also shows the same black stone, though affected by local ambient lighting/background reflections. Customer Support: We responded to your emails directly from our official support address ([email protected]) with proof photos to assist you. We always stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you would like us to review the physical item under natural lighting together, please reply to our open email thread—we are more than happy to help. Best regards, The Memorialslab Team
