Memorials.comReviews of memorials.com

I found a unique, wooden urn chest to store my father's ashes on Memorials.com. The urn is made of high-quality wood and included a free personalized engraving plate to add to it. The customer service team at Memorials.com were wonderful. I called them with questions, which they were more than happy to answer. Best of all, their product pricing was outstanding compared to other sites. Great experience all around.

Absolutely beautiful box with little Dachshund on top. Now my boy can be with me always. Thank you.

Ordered two TSA-approved “Kate Spade Inspired” rectangular urns from this site - $140 each. First, they sent me a heart-shaped paper box from their “sister” site - Next Get Memorials. Contacted them, and they offered to replace the order. Took weeks. Finally arrived today, and found they are cheap plastic boxes in a synthetic cloth cover. Because I found out about the other site, found the same product offered for $89. High price for such a simple product made from cheap materials. Not recommended.

With pleasure and gratitude, we would like to dedicate "A Heartfelt THANK YOU!" to Memorials.com for our purchase of a custom designed bevel bronze-on-granite memorial marker for our beloved mother: The installation and placement of our mother’s memorial marker was completed on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. You have to see it to know what I mean." Her complimentary remark really brightened up our day. Exceptional Service and Affordable Price for a Memorial Headstone I am writing this review as an extremely satisfied customer who recently purchased a memorial headstone for my beloved mother. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by the company. From the moment I contacted them to the final delivery, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled with utmost care and professionalism. First and foremost, I was amazed at the price they offered for the headstone. It was not only affordable but also of excellent quality. Being on a tight budget, I was worried about compromising on the craftsmanship, but I was pleasantly surprised. The headstone exceeded my expectations, both in terms of its design and durability. It truly honored the memory of my dear mother. What impressed me the most, however, was the company's dedication to assisting me throughout the entire process. They understood the importance of this sentimental purchase and the significance of setting the delivery date to the cemetery. The team went to great lengths to ensure that the headstone was professionally produced, taking into account every detail and customization I requested. Their level of customer service was unparalleled. They patiently listened to my requirements and provided valuable guidance and suggestions. Easily navigated website. The pictures are 100% accurate. I ordered a glass urn which is so beautiful - truly a work of art. The customer service is professional, courtesy, very responsive and very kind.

I needed granite vases for HBs resting place and found them at Memorials.com. I had a question and called. There was no extended waiting and the nice young lady was able to find the answer for me in no time. Then she went one further and asked what I was interested in and the size so she could check stock. With the supply issues she said it could take an extended amount of time if it weren't in stock. The ones I wanted of course were out of stock so I got the next size up. I was worried they would be too big but it turned out to be a good deal as they fit perfectly. Not only that but the color and texture of the stone was a perfect match too. If I hadn't known better I would have sworn they were cut from the same stone. They shipped out fast, within a week and were in hand 3 days later. I have dealt with Memorials.com for pet urns as well and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

In a time of great sadness, my sister and I found online the link to Memorials.com. There was a great selection of urns for our mother's ashes. After making our selection, customer service reached out to be sure our selection was in stock so that we could have it sooner than later. We were informed about shipping and it arrived perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable for a hand crafted ceramic urn. Everything about our experience with Memorials.com was kind and extremely helpful in this stressful time of life.
