MemokyReviews of memoky.com

I just read another review and I am experiencing the same situation: Namely, I purchased an expensive table on 9/12/26. It is now 10/2/26 and I have received no manner of communication from them. I've called their 212 number and 877 number numerous times and nobody has responded. The answering service at those numbers has no idea what's going on and it looks like this company is a complete scam. I will have to involve my bank as well. Please be forewarned and stay away from this business!!!

I ordered a dining room table from them on September 12 and my credit card was charged $2,340 that day. The company took my money and never shipped the table. In the weeks since, I have called Customer Service 4 times and emailed twice trying to understand the status of the order. They've never returned a single call or email. At this point, I've had to involve my bank to dispute the transaction, and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sad to report this company is a sham and I would not risk getting defrauded like I did.

It’s been several weeks since I placed my order but the item is still not shipped. This item is $1300. I would expect this sooner or at least some clearer information and updates on shipping timelines.

Absolute scam company. $900 bookshelf was supposed to ship within 1-2 weeks—it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve received no response to my emails and no shipping information at all. I’m now having to deal with cancelling the charge through my bank. Scam

Cheap. Took a gamble on some chairs from this company and they are in deed made poorly. I would go elsewhere and purchase from reputable furniture companies.

On June 29, 2020 I placed an order with Memoky, Inc for a dining room table. (After ordering And some research I found out their actual store is called “sit down NY” which they operate from the same address as Memoky.) At time of order I spoke with Jillian Bates who stated that the table was on back order but will be available on September 15, 2020. I agreed and moved forward with the order. After many phone calls going back and forth with them, I finally received the table over 60 days later than the original expected delivery date. The table arrived damaged with a crack down the middle of the table. On November 19, 2020 Patricia Trotta stated she will place an order for a new table top to replace the damaged one I received. On Friday January 08, 2021 "Deliver-Right" who is a delivery company hired by Memoky, Inc attempted to deliver the table. Once they brought it into my home and took it out of the box, we realized it was a circular table and not a square table that I originally ordered. The delivery company took back the table top and I immediately contacted Jillian Bates and notified her of the situation via phone and also emailed Patricia Trotta with no response back to date. Seems like Jillian and Patricia play good cop bad cop between each other and always act sorry about the situation but are useless and do not care to help. I will be escalating the situation legally but hope no one else has to deal with this fraudulent company!

Horrible company. Unresponsive, cancelling orders and keeping your money until you call them.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone or respond to an email??
