I was very sick on Saturday. When I woke up Sunday morning, I was much worse. I remembered about MeMD. I filled out the info on line. Got a call shortly and had a prescription within an hour after talking to the doctor. I am very happy with MeMD.

I was put in contact with a doctor within a few minutes. After he reviewed my symptoms, I was prescribed an antibiotic. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I contacted MeMD to seek treatment for bronchitis/sinus infection combo. I get this every single year and told the doctor that Amoxicillin always knocks it out. She declined several times to prescribe it to me and instead gave me a steroid prescription (which has never worked for me) and a cough suppressant pill that causes drowsiness (after telling her I can’t take medication that makes me drowsiness because I have small children). 5 days after she said I should be feeling better, my symptoms got more intense. I went to my doctor and he prescribed Amoxicillin and I was feeling better in a matter of days. He told me that the MeMD doctor was 100% wrong in her diagnosis and treatment plan. He also said that it had progressed to the point of me being on the verge of pneumonia. To add insult to injury, the doctor told me that she would call the prescription in immediately. A few hours later, sick as a dog, I buckled my kids in the car and drove to the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that the doctor had requested a pick up time of nearly 5 hours from the time I spoke with her. As the pharmacy was busy, it would be over an hour until they could fill my prescription. I loaded the kids back in the car only to receive a notice from the pharmacy that it was ready moments after I got everyone home and unloaded from the car. I then had to load everyone back in their seats and drive to the pharmacy and drag 2 cranky boys back into the store. Nightmare. The MeMD doctor refused to consider what I told her and didn’t seem to care about my experience. It was a complete and utter waste of time and money.

This was my first experience using this service, and I was understandably a little unsure of what to expect. Additionally, I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I have to say, I was SHOCKED at how easy this service was to use and how extremely quick a physician contacted me. I will Absolutely utilize this service again. I Absolutely recommend it to others, especially for those of us who are pretty stubborn about actually going to a Walk-in Clinic or the Doctor’s Office.

Great service! Last thing you want when you feel bad is a busy urgent care.

I cant live without this service. It is very easy to use and convenient.

I spoke with a wonderful nurse practitioner. That eased my mind before my next visit to my doc for tests. Recommended one pill for relief during my stomach problems. Turns out I’m healing very well. Ty
